Members of the . technical company serving for the first year are Jerry Schwiebert, Toledo, To-ledo, Ohio, props; David Welch Plainview, Tex., electrician; Paul Lombardo, Buffalo, N.Y., master carpenter; Robert How. ell, Laguna Beach, Calif., technician tech-nician and Michael Berry, Go-leeta, Go-leeta, Calif., technician. New costumers are Kather-ine Kather-ine Stewart,- Berkeley, Calif.; Joyce Goldman, Seattle, Wash; Francine Conner, Ashland, Ore and Marcia Elvidge, Athens, Ga. Ala.; Ernie Norris, Princeton, N.J.; Scott Glasser, Ithaca, NY; Bryan Humphrey, Waco, Tex.; Gerald Giss, Yuma, Ariz.; David Dav-id Mclntyre and Rhonda Smith Bozaman, Mont.; Bill Wright, New York, NY; and Sandra Timpson, San Francisco, Calif. Nick and Judy Heal Carter will be returning to the Festival Fest-ival aifter a two year absence. Nick will be assistant stage manager and Mrs. Carter will manage the box office.-They currently reside in Amarillo, Tex.
