Show Funeral services held for Glen Tullis, 75 Funeral services were held Saturday, June 10 at the Cedar Fourth Ward Chapel for Glen Tullis, 75, who died at the Val-ley Val-ley View Medical Center Wednesday, Wed-nesday, June 7 ' of natural causes. A custodian he was affiliated affiliat-ed with the Escalante Hotel and later with the Cedar Third Ward beifore his retirement. He was active in the LDS Church and served as a Sunday Sun-day School Superintendent and was a counselor in the YJMM1A. iHe was born Oct. 4, 1896 in Pinto, Washington County, to David Wilson and Jane Mc-Murrie Mc-Murrie Tullis. He married Hilda Irene Sanders, April 26, 1930 in Beaver. The marriage was later solemnized in the St. George LDS Temple. She died April 6, 1966. Survivors include two sons, Bud Glen, Chanute, AFB, 111. and David VaNoy, Salt Lake City. Also surviving are two gradnsons. Following services in Cedar City the body was taken to Fairview in Sanpete County for brief services and burial. |
