Show 1 1 ; ; 7 , . , . i . AN ORDINANCE 1 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING ANNEX-ING CONTIGUOUS PROPERTY PROPER-TY TO THE CITY LIMITS OF PAROWAN, IRON COUNTY, UTAH. BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Parowan, Iron County, Utah: Section 1: That the hereinafter herein-after described real property lying contiguous to the City Limits of the City of Parown, Iron County, Utah, is hereby annexed and hereafter is to be a part of the City of Parowan, Paro-wan, to-wit: Beginning at a point S 89 deg. 42 min. 49 sec. E 760.48 ft. and N 0 deg. 55 min. 50 sec. W 330.00 ft. from the S. W. corner of Section 12, Township 34 South, Range 9 West, SLB&M; running thence N 0 deg. 55 min. 50 sec. W 440.67 ft., N 2 deg. 32 min. 41 sec. E 567.69 ft., E 216.65 ft., N 0 deg. 14 min. 40 sec. E 357.38 ft., E 1627.44 ft., S 1075.27 ft., S 53 deg. 23 min. 43 sec. W 589.35 ft., N 0 deg. 27 min. 56 sec. E. 58.38 ft, N 89 deg. 51 min. 51 sec. W 1391.03 to point of beginning and containing 55.25 acres of land. Section 2: That the above described property upon annexation an-nexation to the City shall become be-come and be in the industrial zone as described in the zoning zon-ing ordinance of the City of Parowan. Section 3: This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days after its passage or 20 days. after its publication, as provided by law. PASSED and APPROVED by the City Council this 28th day of February, 1972.
