Show Two T-Birds garner honor on MAC team Southern Utah State College placed two men on the Mountain Moun-tain Division All -Conference team of the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference, according accord-ing to Harry B. Kniselcy, Conference Con-ference Commissioner. Doug Rhodus, leading scorer for the T-Birds, was placed on minster, forward. Rounding out the. second team with Gilmore at forward, were Alex Churchich, Westminster, West-minster, center; Paul Drink-hahn, Drink-hahn, Regis, center; Pete Shock Western New Mexico, guard, and Tim Wedgeworth, Western West-ern State, forward. the first team and Scott Gil-more, Gil-more, second leading scorer, on the second team for the Mountain Division. Rhodus led the T-Birds in scoring with a 20.7 average, hitting .427 percent of his shots from the field and .803 percent of his shots from the foul line. He had a rebounding rebound-ing average of 4.2 per game. Gilmore was second leading scorer for the T-Birds with a 16.4 game average. He shot .431 from the field and .658 from the foul line. He rebounded reboun-ded at a rate of 8.2 per game.
