Show Marian Hahne Will Speak at LDS Institute Forum Marian S. Hahne, long-time civic and church worker in Cedar City, will be the featured featur-ed speaker at the LDS Institute Instit-ute Forum to be held Thursday, Thurs-day, April 18 at 12 noon. The forum meetings ar open to the public and are held at the LDS Institute of Religion at 300 West and Center Cen-ter Street Mrs. Hahne is a native of Ceda,r City. Educated here she attended Branch Agricultural Agricul-tural College, now College of Southern Utah and taught fifth grade in Cedar City prior to her marriage to Leslie L. Hahne. She has always been active In church affairs helping to establish a branch of the church in Sun Valley, Idaho shortly after her marriage and since working with the primary pri-mary and relief society organizations. organ-izations. Presently she has the social relations chairmanship of the Third Ward Relief Society. So-ciety. For the past ten years Mrs. Hahne has served as coordinator coord-inator of the Cedar City Coordinating Co-ordinating Council. In this capacity ca-pacity she supervises such community projects as the art exhibit, music arts committee, youth council, city beautifica-(ion, beautifica-(ion, rcecreation, saftey and coordinates the town calendar and serves as director of the adult education program of the Iron County schools.
