Show SUMMIT MEWS NOTES Mrs. Donna Davenport Almas Lawrence rushed his fallier, Will'ord Lawrence, to a hospitnll in Salt Lake City Tuesday of last week after a serious condition developed in Ids leg from a blood clot. Surgery Sur-gery was performed and lie is reported to be making satisfactory satis-factory recovery and is expected expect-ed to returnhome this week. Word was received hero Saturday Sa-turday of the death of Marguerite Margue-rite (Peggy) Cowdell Walker, 50, of Long Reach, California, after a lingering illness. She is survived by her husband, Taylor Walker; a daughter, two sosns and one grandchild, all of Long Beach. Also surviving surviv-ing are her parents, Ernest and Imogeno Dalley Cowley, and a sister, Mrs. Carol Voss I of California. The Walkers, Peggy and Taylor and Imo-I Imo-I bene Cowdell were all former i Summit residents. Mr. and Mrs. Kaymond Farrow Far-row and Mr. and Mrs. Boyd Walker left Monday for Loritf Bench, California to attend funeral services for their sister-in-law. Recent visitors at the Raymond Ray-mond Furrow home was their daughter and family, the Marc Alltons of Las Vegas. Mr. and Mrs, (Jury Fagj and daughter Trudy spent the Thanksgiving weekend in Salt Lake City with Mr. Fagg's family. Sunday visitors at the Jay Davenport home were his sister sis-ter and family, Bishop and Mrs. Boyd Robinson, Alan, Holly, Hol-ly, Tammy and Beverly. |
