Increasing numbers of visitors visit-ors have enjoyed the "Hall of Enchanted Trees" through the years with a record attendance in 1966 of some 8,000 viewers. This year's display has been made financially possible through the contributions of members of the community. For the eighth consecutive year CSU drama students, under un-der the direction of Professor red C. Adams, have a unique exhibit of seven beautifully decorated Christmas trees. This year's motifs include the traditional "Timberline Tree," displayed every year since the beginning of the seasonal 3vent. Other trees are a "creche Tree," featuring a universal theme using the Holy Family as a focal point. The "Fanta-sa "Fanta-sa Tree" is decorated with fish nets and stained balls in an underwater scene. A ponder-osa ponder-osa pine tree will provide the base for the "Oriental Tree," which is festooned with large gold fans, bright oriental lanterns, lan-terns, and Formosan opera op-era puppets. Two trees are decorated in a flower motif. The first, the "Poppy Tree," has large hot orange and pink poppies arranged ar-ranged on a natural tree. The "Poinsetta Tree" is construct- |
