Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer Ui thiiiitfc and. appropriate ap-propriate water in Iron County, Coun-ty, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise other-wise designated. Locations are SLB&M- a-5176, Sidney and Nellie D. Pritchard, Parowan, Utah, proposes to change the point of diversion of .268 sec.-ft. of water evidenced by Underground Under-ground Water Claims 11592 (75-256), 17833 (75-368), 18581 (75-396). The water has been diverted from three 2-in. wells as follows: 11592 S. 2625 ft-and ft-and W. 230 ft; 17833 S. 2630 ft. and W. 380 ft; 18581 S. 2635 ft. and W. 810 ft.; all from Ntt Cor. Sec. 25, T33S, R9W, and used for stockwat-ering stockwat-ering of 18 cattle and 5 horses, and from March 15 to October 31, under Claims 17833 and 18581, for Irrigation of 35.3 acs. Sec 31, T34S, R16W. The water is to be used from March 15 to Nov. 1 for water has been diverted from Coal Creek at a point S. 2500 ft- and W. 1870 ft. from NE Cor. Sec 13, T36S, R11W, conveyed con-veyed by earthen ditches and used from March 15 to Nov. 30 for supplemental irrigation of 579.79 acs., in SEKNEtt, SV4 Sec. 10, SNWtt, S Sec. 11, SHNE14, NW, SWK Sec. 14, E, EMiNW, NESWK Sec. 15, NEttNEtt Sec. 22, T36S, R11W. Hereafter, 3.2 ac-ft. of water is to be diverted from two unnamed un-named springs trib. to Coal Creek, at points: No. 1 - S. 400 ft. and W. 940 ft., No. 2 -S. 450 ft. and W. 930 ft, both from W Cor. Sec. 5, T37S, R10W, and used from May 1 to Oct. 31 for domestic purposes pur-poses of 15 families and for miscellaneous uses connected with the mining of coal- All uses in SV4NEJ4 Sec. 5, T37S, R10W. a-5226, Beaver Valley Grazing Graz-ing Association, Beaver, Utah, propose to change the point of diversion and place of use of water evidenced by Water Users Claim 75-1123, which has been used as a supplemental supply with 23 other water rights, representing 22.7 ac-ft. of water as set forth in the ProDOseH Determination nf irrigation of 228.8 acs. in Ntt-Sec- 6, T35S, R16VV, and SW Sec. 31, T34S, R16W. a-5213, Wendall P. and Constance Con-stance B. Stewart, Rt. 1, Cedar City, Utah, propose to change the point of diversion and place of use of 80 ac-ft- of water from a total of 1108.8 ac-ft. as evidenced by Water Users Claim 73-2051, Cedar City Ci-ty Valley Proposed Determination Determina-tion of Water Rights. The water wat-er has been diverted from a 16-in. well 297 ft deep at a point S. 10 ft- and W. 1600 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 30, T34S, R10W, and used from April 1 to October 1 for supplemental irrigation of 299.8 acs, but limited to 277.2 acs, in NW14-SE, NW14-SE, SEUSEK, ESWK Sec 30, NE?4, SEKNWK, WttSEK, Water Rights for Parowan Valley. The water has been diverted from a 4-in. well ap-prox. ap-prox. 100 feet deep at a point N. 860 ft. and W. 230 ft. from EK Cor. Sec. 1, T32S, R8V, and used as a supplemental supply sup-ply with the above-mentioned claims for the stockwatering of 808 cattle and 3 horses in SEViNEK Sec. 1, T32S, R8W. Hereafter, the water is to be diverted from a 6-in. well 150-300 ft. deep at a point S. 50 ft. and E. 50 ft. from NW Cor.
