Show Cedar City Students Assume Offices of Professional Chapter Two Cedar City students attending at-tending Utah State University at Logan have been named to of-fices of-fices at the USU student chapter of the Utah Section, American Society of Range Management, for the coming year. Norman Huntsman of Cedar City was named vice chairman of the chapter and Austin M.un-son, M.un-son, son of former Cedar City residents, res-idents, Mr. and Mrs. LaVar Mun-son, Mun-son, was named secretary-treasurer. Gary Oliverson of l'reston, Idaho, Ida-ho, a senior, was chosen chairman. chair-man. The student chapter functions both as a campus club in range management and as an organic part of the parent Utah Section. Members of the student group also fill responsibile positions on committees In their professional society. During the past year the student stu-dent section became one of the fastest growing professional stu-dT!t stu-dT!t organizations In the west. A high light of the past year was the International Meeting of the American Society of Range Management Man-agement in Salt Lake City where the Student Chapter acted as student stu-dent hosts. I |
