Show Sen. Hunter Named To Important Legislative Council t : V :": ; j SENATOR HUNTER Charles R. Hunter, Utah State Senator from Iron County, has been appointed to the Utah Legislative Leg-islative Council, to serve with that group during the next two year, with the work of the council coun-cil to come to an end during the 1963 session of the state Legislature. Legis-lature. Mr. Hunter was named as a Republican member of the Council Coun-cil by Senate President Thorpe Waddingham, (D-Delta). Purpose of the council is to make a thorough study of legislative legis-lative needs in the state, after which proposals and information informa-tion on all phases of state government gov-ernment will be submitted to the 1963 legislature. Other members of the Council from the State Senate are R. Le-Vaun Le-Vaun Cox (D-Manti) Kleon Kerr (R-Tremonton), Bruce S. Jenkins (D-Salt Lake), and Senate President Presi-dent Waddingham, who automatically automa-tically becomes a member oil the council. |
