Show notice or PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION Notice U hereby gUen that CEDAR CITY CORPORATION will receive sealed bids up to 5 p. m., April 18, 1957, at the Cedar City Office. Cedar City. Utah, for the excavation and backfill of approximately ap-proximately 13,000 linear feet of pipeline trench through unclassified unclas-sified materials in the Right Hand Canyon, approximately 5 miles east of Cedar City. Utah; to install approximately 4.000 linear feet of 4 inch, 4.500 linear feet of 4tt inch and 4,500 linear feet of 6 inch, welded steel pipe with ring-seal field Joints; valves and appurtenances; and to salvage approximately 8,000 fcl of 4 inch welded steel pipe with field welded Joints. Interested bidders should contact con-tact RALPH B. PLATT, Consulting Engineer, Cedar City. Utah, for plans, specifications, bidding forms and bidding data covering the project. Bids shall be submitted on forms supplied each prospective bidder along with the plans and specifications. Bids will not be considered on forms other than those set forth herein. Envelopes containing the sealed bid shall be marked "BID to be opened at 7:30 p. m., April 18, 1957." Each bidder shall personally familiarize himself with the field conditions under which the project pro-ject Is to be constructed before preparing and submitting a bid on the project. Bids will be opened and read aloud to the public at a regular regu-lar meeting of the City Council, In the courtroom of the City and County Building, at 7:30 p. m., April 18, 1957; however, bidders take notice that bids must be In at the City Office at 5 p. m. ar.d any bid presented at the time set for opening bids will be considered con-sidered late and will not be received. re-ceived.
