Show Funeral Services Honor Memory Of Martha L. Jones Funeral services were conducted conduct-ed in the Cedar Stake House on Thursday, Dec. 4, for Mrs. Martha L. Jones, who died on Dec. 1, following an illness from leu-i kemia. The services were conducted! by Bishop Robert BradshawJ Speakers were Bishop Edwin Cox, Mrs. L. C. Miles, and Oscar Hu- let Invocation was by Leo Lar-i on, benediction by Merrill B. Kunz, and the dedicatory prayer pray-er was by Henry Jones. Prayer at the mortuary prior to the ser- j vices was by Bertrand Langford. The musical program included two numbers, "God Shall Wipe Away All Tears," and "Oh, My Father," by a string ensemble composed of Roy L. Halversen, Mary MacDonald, June Thorley and Carol Ann Jones; a violin solo, "Romance," by Mrs. June Thorley, and a vocal solo, "Hills cf Home," by Wallace Adams. |
