Show Open House to Honor Edmund Stevens, 90 On Saturday afternoon, June 21, from 2 to 6 an open house at the home of Mr. and Mrs. A1-, fred Wilcock In Farowan, willt honor Mrs. Wileock's father, Ed -J mund Stevens in observance of, his 90th birthday. An invitation' is extended to all friends and, relatives in this area to call on him there sometime during the afternoon. Mr. Stevens was born In Parowan Paro-wan 90 years ago today, Thursday, Thurs-day, June 19, and has resided here most of his life, engaging in farming, freighting and the butchering business. Seven of Mr. Stevens' sons and daughters are now living. They are, Mrs. Jed (Lucy) Riding, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Alfred (Mabel) Wilcock, Frank and Albert Stevens, Ste-vens, Parowan; Robert Stevens, Springville, Utah; Grant Stevens, with the United States Army at Camp Hanford, Wash., and Mrs. Vern (Delia) Reed, Fullerton, Calif. He also has 20 grandchildren and 36 great-grandchildren; two brothers, George Stevens, Parowan, Paro-wan, and William Stevens, Cowley, Cow-ley, Wyo. |
