Show STATE LIBRARIAN TO IRON COUNTY Bookmobile Demonstration Slated in County Robert Hartshorn, supervisor of technical services of the Utah State Library Board will be at the College of Southern Utah to In-truct In-truct a two-weeks course in library li-brary science. In addition Mr. I Hartshorn has set up an ltiner-'ary ltiner-'ary to show and explain the I states bookmobile program to the outlying area of the county. The course in library science will be taught at CSU June 23 through July 3. Course will be held In the forenoon and Mr. Hartshorn will exhibit the bookmobile book-mobile in the afternoon at various vari-ous areas of the southern end of the state. Itinerary for the bookmobile has been listed as follows: Tuesday, June 25: 2 to 9 p. m., Manderfield, Greenville and Beaver Bea-ver in Beaver County. Wednesday, June 25. 2 iu 9 p. m., Milford, Minersville and Adamsville. Thursday, June 26: 2 to 9 p. m. Parowan Paragonah, Summit and Enoch. Friday, June 27: 2 to 9 p. m., Lund, Zane, Beryl, Modena and Newcastle. Saturday, June 28: 2 to 9 p. m.. Enterprise, Central, Veyo and Santa Clara. It will be the purpose of Mr, Hartshorn to explain this new kind of library service, demonstrating demon-strating what it is, how it can serve the people and what the people and community must do to receive this service. |
