OCR Text	Show Word Received of Death of Frank E. Kelsey Frank Easton Kelsey, 66, former for-mer shoe repair shop operator in Cedar City, died Saturday, Jan. 30, at the home of a daughter In Payson, Utah, following a heart attack. He had been In poor health for a number of years. Mr. Kelsey was born in Mesa. Arizona, on Jan. 7, 1894, a son of Samuel and Stella Kelsey. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Minerva Bauer Kelsey, Cedar Ce-dar City; two daughters, Mrs. Lloyd (Trellis) Wilkinson, Pay-son, Pay-son, and Sharon Topham, Lake Tahoe, California; two sons, Sheldon Shel-don Kelsey, Henderson, Nevada; and Roy Kelsey, Bountiful, Utah. Also surviving are 13 grandchildren, grandchild-ren, and a brother and sister, Roy ! Kelsey, Burbank, California and iMyrle Haycock, San Mateo, California.
