Show I Oil Exploration Moves Ahead at Hurricane According to Bill Clary and A. E. Riley, president and vice president, respectively of the Dawn Petroleum Co., the test drilling being made by that Utah Corporation Southwest of Hurrl-cat.e Hurrl-cat.e on the East side of the Hurricane fault, has brought a total of nine gas and oil show. Ings. Drilling by the company began be-gan on April 22 of this year and the operation of the wildcat exploration is now on an around the clock basis and is expected to continue into October before final reports will be made. Officials of the Utah Corporation Corpora-tion indicated also that joining them in the venture is the Texas Oil Company and also the El Paso Natural Products Co. a sub-sidary sub-sidary of El Paso Natural Gas Company. Dawn Petroleum Co. is main-taining main-taining their officers at Hurricane Hurri-cane throughout the testing period, per-iod, they indicated. |
