Show Virginia Topham Weds Robert H. Peterson Marriage rites solemnized on Wednesday evening, Dec. 23 in the St George LDS Temple, united unit-ed Miss Virginia Topham and Robert H. Peterson as man and wife. The double ring ceremony was performed by President Harold Har-old S. Snow of the temple. The bride Is the charming daughter of Silas M. Topham and the late Reva Dalton Topham. Top-ham. She has spent most of her life with her grandmother, Mrs.! Amelia J. Topham. She Is a graduate of Parowan High School and "the College of So' 1 Hern Utah where she majored tn elementary education and library science. At the present time she is a teacher In the Cedar East Elementary Ele-mentary School and has also taught in Beaver and Las Vegas, Nev. She is very active in LDS Church organizations. The bridegroom Is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry E. Peterson of Heber City. He is now attending attend-ing College of Southern Utah. He recently returned from a 2H year mission for the LDS church in Sweden and before this he completed com-pleted his assignment in the U. S. Aru. ; spending 15 months in Japn After a short honeymoon the newlyweds will live in Cedar City Ci-ty where they will continue their school duties at the beginning of the new year. i They will be honored at a re-1 ception on Jan. 9 at Parowan.
