Show TO WHOM IT MAT CONCERN:'"" The vicious, unprovoked attack at-tack of two young men against Fred Ward, 15, Beaver, in a hotel lobby In Cedar City Saturday night, for which there has been no apparent attempt at punishment for the offenders, casts a serious reflection on Cedar Ce-dar City, and I am wondering if citizens of this city are going to stand by and let this offense go unpunished. If nothlr; is done about this attack certainly other such vicious vici-ous acts can be expected in the future. The attack could have been against any parent's son, and no one knows who the next victim might be. There is but little doubt that if the the attacked youth had not been able to run inter rhe jjotel lobby, and had it occ$rjfe4 !vn a street somewhere, the boy would have been more seriously Injured, Injur-ed, or perhaps even fatally injured. in-jured. Again I ask, is Cedar City and its police department going to let this offense go unpunished? Mrs. Janice Ward |
