Show Council Looks At Proposed Rise in Cemetery Care Costs A proposed increase in property proper-ty costs and care at the Cedar City cemetery was presented at the meeting of the Cedar City Council held Thursday evening. Councilman Frank Petty presented pre-sented a proposed increase schedule In order to cover normal nor-mal costs of operation. The proposal, which is expected expect-ed to be acted upon at the next meeting of the council, calls for an Increase in plots, in interment inter-ment and in perpetual care. Prevlouely an eight grave plot has sold for $100 and interement charges were set at $25. Under the proposed new program plot sizes have been reduced to four grave sites and will be set at $100 for the old cemetery section and $160 in the new section.
