Show I Cedar City Youths Apprehended for Burglary ( Cedar City Police art- holding two suspects in the Cedar City Jail awaiting arraignment before Judge David A. They were apprehended Tuesday Tues-day morning by Chief of Police Tony Lambert and Stan Davis, after an all-night vigilance. j Investigation which led to the arrest of Barton and Krause began be-gan at approximately 2 a. m. i Tuesday when officer Jcl: Mil- j ler found the door of the Cedar i Theatre open. Early Tuesday morning, at approximately ap-proximately 9 o'clock the two were accosted at a home on 200 Ilaot street In Cedar City. They were brought to the police station sta-tion where a warrant of arrest was served on them. Evidence at the scene of the crime was picked up that will also be used by the police in presenting its case against the two young men. |
