Show Elizabeth DUP Camp To Sponsor Special Birthday Play Elizabeth and Paulina camps Elizabeth and Pauline Camps I of the Daughter of Utah Pioneers I in Parowan will sponsor the play , "San Juan Outpost," to be prv j sented on Parovvan's 100th birthday, birth-day, Monday, Jan. 13 it is nn-! nn-! nounced by those In charpe. The play, which is a saga of life in the early days in Utah, was written writ-ten by Ruth and Nathan Hale and will be presented as a part of the observance of the city's birthday. The play will be presented by a cast of experienced actors fo-the fo-the most part, people who nee.'1 no Introduction to most residents of the area. The cast has becn( sWted and work is under way with Jean Hendrlckson to direct the production. The players In the cast in order of their appearance appear-ance on the stage are as follows: fol-lows: Aunt Em, Bessie Halterman; Uncle Heb, Will L. Adams; Jenny, Jen-ny, Connie Smith; Calvin Dartmouth, Dart-mouth, Clair Hulet; Billy. Ju1 Hendrlckson; Marsh Higglcy, 1 Harlev Dalton: Caroline. Norma Lee Mercer; Elvira, Mary Gae Evans; Parley Macy, Spencer Lemmon; Navajo Frank, Jene Kartchner. The setting is the Interior of Uncle Heb's cabin, In Bluff, Utah In the year 1883. Mrs. Hendrlckson Hendrlck-son states that with the exception excep-tion of the two children, the cast is experienced and are very well known for past experiences on the stage in Parowan. The f vo children, Connie Smith are danghter and son, respectively, of Mr. and Mrs. Glade Smith, and Mr. and Mrs. Max Hendrlckson.
