NOTICE TO BIDDERS Cedar City Corporation will offer of-fer for sale the following described des-cribed property, known as the El Escalante Hotel. All that part of Block 36, Plat 'B' Cedar City Survey, described as follows: Beginning at the northeasterly corner of said Block 36, thence southerly along the easterly line of said Block 36, a distance of 396.0 feet; thence westerly parallel with the northerly line of said block 36, a distance of 396.0 feet, more or less, to a point on the westerly line of said Block; thence northerly along the westerly line of said Block 36 a distance of 259.0 feet, more or less, to the northwesterly corner of said block: thence easterly along said northerly line a distance of 396.0 feet to the point of beginning; together togeth-er with all improvements. Bids shall be accompanied with certified check or Bond. Good faith deposit of 5. Bids will be received up until 5 o'clock p. m. June 4th, 1964.
