Show Mfcs ' m fec i NEW STUDENT OFFICERS. Steve Smith, left, has been named as president of the Cedar High School student body for the 1964-65 school year. New vice president is Bob Mc-Knight, Mc-Knight, right and center is Roma Melling, secretary. Steve Smith Elected President Of Cedar High School Officers for the Cedar City High School for the 1964-65 school year were announced this week following campus elections this past week. Steve Smith, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Osborne, was elected elec-ted as student body president to succeed Sheldon Harris. Named as vice president was Bob McKnight, son of Mr. and Mrs. John McKnight and Roma Melling, daughter of Mrs. Thelma Melling, was elected as student body secretary. All three officers are junior this year. The new president is a member of the Key Club and has also attended the LDS Seminary. Semi-nary. Also named in the elections were officers of the Boys and Girls Organizations. Fred Esplin was elected president presi-dent of the Boys Organization with Bruce Holmes to serve as vice president and Jack Crabtree as secretary. Affairs of the Girls Organization Organiza-tion will be directed by Dianne Stratton as president; Joan Grim-shaw Grim-shaw as vice president and Shar-yn Shar-yn Wood, secretary. Virginia Carter was elected as head cheerleader with Marsha Hulet, Vicki Williams and Sharon Overson, as cheerleaders for the season. |
