ParowanDevelopment Company Selects Board of Directors At the first meeting of the stockholders of the Parowan Development De-velopment Company, held last Wednesday evening, articles of incorporation were approved by the stockholders and a board of directors was chosen to handle the affairs of the company for the initial year. Following the forming of the corporation and the naming of a board of directors the company can now go ahead to negotiate with the manufacturer and pro- ?ciivtr uuuucia jTt CGi'iSirUCwG of a building for the company. Members of the board of directors di-rectors chosen Wednesday right consist of D. Amasa Stones, Dr. David L. Wilkerson, W. Clair Rowley, Ralph S. Orton, Glen L. Halterman, Bryce Adams, Howard Stubbs, Howard Joseph, B.lloyd Marchant and R. L. Outran, the latter two from Cedar City. Following their selection as a board of directors, this group met and organized with Mr. Stones as president, Dr. Wilkerson, as vice president and Mr. Rowley as secretary. sec-retary. The officers and directors are holding a meeting this week to expedite plans for the building to be constructed within a short time to house the plant.
