Mr. Wasserman I; staff member mem-ber of the CSU Summer School where he will conduct a piano workkshop June 22 to July 4 and a music appreciation course. He is associate professor f music in the department of Fine Arts at Utah State University. His musicianship Is greatly appreciated ap-preciated In Cedar City. He is particularly recognized for his interpretation in-terpretation of Chopin, as much of his training was in Poland. He received his ML degree at th University of Carrov, Poland and has studied with Anton Webcrn and Ed Stevcrmann In Vienna There Is no charge for the concert con-cert and It is open to the public. Short tour has been scheduled Thursday, June 25, to historic Cable Mountain In Zlon National Park. Tour Director Theron Ash-croft Ash-croft will lead the party to the top of the Mountain In large trucks. This was the site of an unusual lumbering operation in the early 1900s. A special art workshop in print making will he conducted June .29 to July 17 by Mr. J. Roman Andrus, associate professor of art I at Brtgham Young University. |
