Show Halterman GeisPraise For Pioneering Well Drilling in So. Utah Some time ago, R. L. Halter-man, Halter-man, Parowan resident, and well-known operator of a water well drilling rig in all sections of southwestern Utah over the past 50 years, informed the State Engineer's Office that he had re tired from that business and would not renew the permit he has held to give him H?rmlssion to drill wells. The following letter was revived re-vived in February by Mr. Hal-terman Hal-terman from the office of the state Engineer and publicly giving giv-ing Mr. Haltennan recognition for has contribution to the growth of this section of the .state. Mr. Halterman was very pleased pleas-ed to get the latter acknowledg ing the pioneering work he has done in the drilling of water .veils, as well as his enjoyment in his work. The latter to Mi.
