Show KUHMRUVniE By Hannah Davis Plans are under way for an outstanding July 21 celebration according to Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Ken-neth Williams, chairman. Mr. and Mrs. Glade Berry and children Aloma and Scott, are spending their vacation in Wyoming Wyo-ming with their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Kent Davis. Da-vis. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Anderson and son Criss of Salt Lake City, visited a short time here with relatives. They spent a few days In Las Vegas. Mr. and Mrs. Rowen Williams and family were business visitors visit-ors In California for a few days. Mary M. Williams visited last week in New Harmony with her daughter, Mrs. Lola Prince. Hannah Davis, Verna Davis, Carma Williams and Gwen Davis Da-vis attended a stork shower In New Harmony last week for Mrs. Marva Prince, given by Viola Kelsey and Camilla Prince at the home of Mrs. Kelsey. Mr. and Mrs. Ora Heaps and three boys of Salt Lake City spent a few days here with her mother, Mina Piatt and Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Davis. Mrs. Irene Pollack took her father fa-ther Hartley Woodbury, back to the Veterans Hospital in Salt Lake City last week. Mr. Woodbury Wood-bury is in very poor health at this time. Mr. and Mrs. Delile Davis entertained en-tertained a group of youngsters July 8 at a birthday party in honor of their daughter.Shelley on her sixth birthday. Visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Davis are Rosena Blake of St. George and Mrs. Ella Perkins of Salt Lake City. Mrs. Darlene Wilkinson a.a children of Salt Lake City speit several days here with her parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Noel Williams. Wil-liams. Mr. Wilkinson came and took his family home on Sunday. Sun-day. Peggy and Kathleen Williams of Boulder City, Nev., spent a day here with their grandpar-' ents, Mr. and Mrs. Jess Williams. Mr. and Mrs. Dee Parker have returned to their home In Cali-forna Cali-forna after visiting here for several sev-eral days. We are alway pleased to have Dee and Effa visit with us and enjoy their friendship. Sunday visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Reeves were their son and his wife, Mr. and Mrs. Devon Reeves of Cedar City. Julia Wilkinson of California was a visitor here with her sister, sis-ter, Martha Williams and other relatives. J Marvin Christensen has returned return-ed home after attending a school for several days in Kansas. Mrs. Lois Williams and girls of Las Vegas have returned home after several days visit here with relatives. Carolyn Batty was a visitor in northern Utah last week. Mr. and Mrs. Russell Hawkins and family of Mississippi were visitors at the home of their sister-in-law, Mrs. Lu Ella Hawkins Haw-kins and family. |
