Show Special Greyhound Program Slated for March 9 Mayor A. E. Anderson of Cedar Ce-dar City has given his official blessing to a special "Greyhound Day" program here on March 9. W. F. Johnson, Greyhound District Dis-trict Sales Representative, announced an-nounced that a special Travel Show will be open to the public on Wednesday night at the College Col-lege of Southern Utah auditorium auditor-ium in Cedar City. The show will feature a technicolor tech-nicolor movie entitled "AMERICA FOR ME" and visiting speakers. Mr. Rulon Knell will talk on "This Amazing America," and the College of Southern Utah Glee Club will present a musical nurhbor. I Mr. Robert Pothier, local Grey-1 hound agent, has announced that i free demonstration rides will be' available on the Highway Traveler Travel-er bus this Wednesday afternoon. This new bus features a new ride principle called "Air Suspension" Sus-pension" which eliminates metal, springs. The coach is cushioned by bellows of compressed air. Several other Greyhound Representatives Re-presentatives will be in Cedar City to take part in the program. Mr. Pothier said the purpose of the "Greyhound Day" is to better acquaint Cedar City citizens with all of the services provided by the company, and to obtain information in-formation as to how present services ser-vices may be improved. The public Is invited to the Travel Show and free tickets may be obtained at the Greyhound Depot, El Eseabnte Hotel, Cedar City. |
