Show ENOCH AtlD MIDVALLEY NOTES By Mis. Cora Murie Mrs. II. C. Christiansen of Og-den Og-den spent a few days visiting her son Raymond and family. Since returning her husband has become be-come quite ill, and Raymond has now gone to Ogden to be with his father. Mrs. Rube Jones of Milford is spending a few days here with her husband who has been doing do-ing the chores for Willard Jones while he has been ill. Dick Nelson will be home Sat-urady Sat-urady evening after spending two weeks In Logan In an agricultural agricul-tural school. A baby boy was born in the Iron County hospital Monday, !Feb. 15, to Mr. and Mrs. Elvin Murie. This is their first boy. iThey have two girls. The grandparents grand-parents are Mr. and Mrs. Burton Rust of Orderville, and Mr. and Mrs. David Murie of Enoch. Also born in the Iron County hispital on Feb. 15, was a boy to Mr. and Mrs. LaMar Mathe-son. Mathe-son. They now has two boys and two girls. The grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Owen Matheson of Enoch and Mr. and Mrs. Waldo Taylor of Parowan. Miss Emma Nielson, county home demonstration agent, Is giving classes every Thursday at Enoch. Last week she taught how to make lamp shades. Last Saturday some ladies of the Enoch WarJ took 20 children chil-dren to the St. George Temple to be baptized. Mrs. David Murie spent a few days last week in Los Angeles visiting and sight seeing. She with her son-in-law and daughter, daugh-ter, Mr. and Mrs. James Apple-gate Apple-gate and two children made the trip. Mr. and Mrs. Willard Jones have been in St. George for a few days working in the temple. tem-ple. Mr. and Mrs. Kent Anderson of Las Vegas spent the week end visiting in Enoch. Bishop Stanley Smith is working work-ing in Salt Lake City. He expects ex-pects to be gone for some time. |
