BALLOT TITLE Proposition No. 1 AN ACT PROVIDING THAT DIXIE, SNOW, AND WEBER JUNIOR COLLEGES BE DIS-CONTINUED DIS-CONTINUED AS STATE MAINTAINED MAIN-TAINED SCHOOLS, AND FOR TRANSFER BY THE BOARD OF EXAMINERS OF ALL PROPERTY PROPER-TY COMPRISING SAID COLLEGES COL-LEGES TO A TRANSFEREE ON CONDITION THAT SAID TRANSFEREE TRANS-FEREE OPERATE THEM AS COLLEGES.
