Show Angus Rosenberg Succumbs to Heart Attack Joseph Angus Rosenberg, 60, a life-long resident of Cedar City, died suddenly Wednesday while enroute home from work. Mr. Rosenberg Ro-senberg had been working as a driller at Dry Creek, south of Kanarraville, and was suddenly stricken with a heart ailment and died while enroute to his home. When he became ill Don Rogers, with whom he was working, work-ing, started to drive him home but he died before reaching Cedar Ce-dar City. Funeral services will be con- ducted Saturday at 2 p. m. in the : First Ward chapel. Friends may call Friday from 6- to 8 p. m. at the Southern Utah Mortuary, and jfrom 11 a. m. until time for the services on Saturday. Mr. Rosenberg was born in Cedar Ce-dar City on July 6, 1894, a son of Joseph A., and Charlotte Gower Rosenberg, pioneer residents of southern Utah. He had spent his life here, engaging in mining activities ac-tivities during much of his life. On. Nov. 12. 1919 he ' married Ruth Klingonsmith. He is survived by his widow, one son, Humbert Rosenberg, and two daughters, Mrs. Ray (Zola) Duerkson, and Mrs. Jack (Beatrice) (Bea-trice) Miller, all of Cedar City, i Also surviving are 15 grandchildren, grandchil-dren, three brothers, Harvey and Horace Rosenberg, Cedar City, and Gower Rosenberg, Bell. Calif, and two sisters, Hilma Sly. Man-dorfield, Man-dorfield, and LaVem Dobrusky, Parowan. |
