Show I F P C Authorizes Loan To So. Utah Power Co. The Federal Power Commission this week authorized the Southern South-ern Utah Power company of Cedar Ce-dar City to issue a $250,000 pro-misory pro-misory note, according to officials offi-cials of the company. The note will have an interest rate not in excess of 34 per cent and will mature not later than July 1, 1954. According to the report the company plans to issue the note initially, under a credit agreement agree-ment with the Chase National Bank of the City of New York. The note will hear 3H per cent interest per year, payable quarterly quar-terly from the date of the note j until maturity. I Proceeds of the note will be used to help finance Southern Utah Power company's 1952 coni-struction coni-struction program. I |
