NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Notice is hereby given that separate sealed bids will be received re-ceived by the Board of County Commissioners of Iron County, Utah, for the GENERAL CONSTRUCTION CON-STRUCTION of a Rest Home for the Aged to be constructed in Parowan, Utah and for KITCHEN EQUIPMENT for said building, up until 3:00 p. m. FridayJuly 25, 1952 at which time bids will be publicly pub-licly opened and read aloud in the Courtroom of the Iron County Courthouse in Parowan, Utah. Bids shall be in accordance with Drawings and Specifications Specifica-tions prepared by L. Robert Card-ner, Card-ner, Architect, 173 South 20C West, Cedar City, Utah. Copies of same may be obtained from the Architect upon receipt of a deposit of $20.00 per set, refund able upon return of the docu ments in good condition wlthir 10 days after the bid opening. The general contract wort shall include the general build ing construction, plumbing, heat lng, ventilating, cooling, electri cal work, septic tank and drair field, grading and concrete pav ing. The kitchen equipment con tract shall include the furnishing and installation of food prepara tion equipment A bid bond, cashier's or certi fled check in the amount of fiv per cent (5) of the bid, mad payable to the Iron County Trea surer shall accompany each bid The Board of County Commls sioners of Iron County reserve: the right to reject any or all bid! or to waive any informality o; technicality in the bidding in th interest of the County.
