Show Graveside Services ' Held for Former Cedar City Resident Graveside services were conducted con-ducted at the Cedar City cemetery ceme-tery this morning for Mrs. Kath-ryn Kath-ryn Perkms Ryan, 77, former Cedar Ce-dar City resident, who died in Los Angeles Saturdayv Mrs. Ryan was the widow of the late Ed-mond Ed-mond H. Ryan, for many years a prominent attorney of Cedar City, who is buried in the local cemetery. Mrs. Ryan, a native of Cedar City, was born here on Jan. 16, 1875, a daughter of Benjamin and Mary Ann Williams Perkins. She was married to Mr. Ryan in ; 1901, and resided here until after his death in April, 1921. Surviving are four sons and daughters, Edmond P., James Vermont, Dixie and Catherine Ryan, Los Angeles; four brothers and sisters, Mrs. Via McQuarrie, Minneapolis; Mrs. Ruth Baitley, I Daniel B and John Perkins, all of JMonticello, Utah. Daniel Perkins gave the dedicatory dedi-catory prayer at the cemetery, and William R. Palmer was the speaker at the service. Funeral services had been held in Los Angeles Monday. |
