Cedar Junior Team Drops Game ToZion Canyon The Junior American Legion baseball team, under the direction direc-tion of the City Recreation department de-partment lost a game yesterday to Zion Canyon, 13 to 2. Butch Nelson was the starting pitcher for the Cedar City nine, and was relieved late in the game by Steve Lunt. Roger Webb was behind the plate. In a free hitting game, some costly errors contributed to the 13 runs racked up by the Park team, which played almost errorless er-rorless ball. Several extra base hits were knocked out by both teams but" no home runs were hit during the game The city recreation supervisor is making an effort to obtain other games for the team and several surrounding towns will be played during the remainder of the summer season.
