Show Cedar City Marine Suffers Wounds In Korean Action " ju '''" ?. ,. ' ) I , ' i PFC. RODEO PETTY Mr. and Mrs. Nate Petty of Cedar City was notified on Dec. 18, that their son, Pfc. Rodeo Pet-ty, Pet-ty, had been wounded at the battle bat-tle front In Korea. Details are not available but the young man, who has been on duty in Korea since last February, was wounded wound-ed on Dec. 16. He was a gunner on a machine ma-chine gun team with the Fifth Regiment of the First Marine Division. Di-vision. Previously he had participated parti-cipated in the action at the famed Bunker Hill on the Korean Ko-rean front. Petty entered service on Aug. 22, 1951, and left for overseas duty early in February, 1952. |
