Dr. Chase emphasized that this kind of education should have the same wise direction and professional pro-fessional leadership as the formal for-mal class instruction. The aims of the counseling organization are to assist students stu-dents in achieving social competence, compe-tence, and to give them large and practical experience in democratic dem-ocratic processes, Dr. Chase said. They should also be encouraged to take advantage of the democratic demo-cratic opportunities offered by the American system of education educa-tion over that of other countries. Miss Lamb is in her third year on the faculty at BAC, and is head of the women's athletic program. Prof. Peterson has served previously on the Pan-Hellenic Pan-Hellenic council as advisor to fraternities and men's clubs, and has been faculty advisor to various var-ious men's organizations on the campus. |
