The plebe is John Paul Jones of Piqua, Ohio, no descendant of his famous namesake. IN FORT WAYNE . . . Joseph Neal, 48, survived by a nose when he was buried for 20 minutes In a collapse of a sewer trench. A fcl low worker tore away some of the dirt to expose the tip of Neal's nose.
