Show BAC Union Building Landscaping, Redecoration Begins Work is under way in a long-range long-range landscaping and redecoration redecora-tion plan for the newly completed complet-ed Student Union Building at Branch Agricultural college. A colorful stone retaining wall on the north of the building, and stone-lined walks leading to the other campus buildings are being be-ing built from student building funds of the college, and are part of a plan drawn by Robert Gardner, Cedar City architect. When this work is completed, the building will be a rambling Spanish rancho type, with the same theme carried out in interior inter-ior appointments. The plan calls for a spacious patio in the quadrangle quad-rangle between the north and south wings, with stone walks leading away from the building. build-ing. In the north wing are offices for the student body president, a student council room and two darkrooms for use by student publications. Carpeting and furnishing fur-nishing of these offices was completed com-pleted earlier this summer. The south wing houses a newly finished fin-ished book store and a student housing office.
