Drew s Salt Lake Ctty attorney, says he expects a league decision on Drew s NBA eligibility early this coming yyeek And he thinks Drew s going to get permission to return basically because he thinks thf league w ill not be able to substantiate a third instance of drug usage that would ban Drew from the league The Drew case has been dragging ori for more than three weeks now, since the Bullets expressed an interest in the veteran The reason for the delay is that Rasmussen has had to respond to several NBA requests for further documentation of Drew's stay at Highland Ridge Hospital last summer and of his drug tests while playing with the CBA's Wyoming Wildcatters.
