Sponsors of the conference are the Utah Association of Gifted Children and the State Office of Education. "A New Look at Underachievement" and "Postcript from the PresiGifted-Talente- d dential Scholars: Recommendations for Parents." will be the subject oi workshop presentations by Felice Kaufmann. Diane Maynes, conference chairwoman, said the program is designed to aid parents and teachers who deal with underachievers, whether they are gifted or not. She said Dr. Kaufmann will present strategies to help underachievers. The conference will include a Friday night dinner and tour of the Ramses II exhibit currently featured at BYU.
