Fifty barricades will be manned by 60 police from westbound officers. The 13th East p will be fenced off and those who want to park will have to come early and leave late. Mr. Webb estimated that people attending the celebration will be parking anywhere from 17th South to 27th South and from 7th East to 21st East.
