Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 4th day of April, 1990 al 10:00 A-M. at the North front door of the Davis County Court House at Farmington, Utah in the County of Davis, by SECURITY TITLE COMPANY, COM-PANY, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust made by Ralph G- Reiche, as Trustors, and recorded March 5, 1986 as Entry No. 728878 in Book 1077 at pages 236 of the Official Records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of FIRST SECURITY BANK OF UTAH, N.A. (now owned and held by FIRST SECURITY BANK OF UTAH, NA) by reason of the breach of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded November 13, 1989 as Entry No. 874922 in Book 1322 at page 473 of said Official Records. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property at 937 South Palos Verdes Dr., in the City of Kaysville, County of Davis, State of Utah: All of l,ot 8-H, PALOS VERDES ESTATES SUB -DIVISION, PLAT "H", a subdivision of part of Section 3, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Kaysville, according accor-ding to the official plat thereof, for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including in-cluding fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the Note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest in-terest thereon as in said Note and by law provided.
