Show Arietta R. Williams CENTERVILLE Arietta Rose Williams, age 84, died March 5, 1990 in Bountiful. Bom July 14, 1905 at the Rose Ranch in Snowville, to Thursday, March 8, at 11 a.m. in the Centerville 20th Ward, 1825 N. 100 E. Friends may call Wednesday evening even-ing from 6-8 p.m. in the Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 N. Main and Thursday at the church from 9:45-10:45 a.m. prior to the services. ser-vices. Interment Samaria Cemetery, Samaria, Idaho. Abraham ana Mary Carter Rose. Married Walter Thomas Williams Dec. 22, 1925 in Ogden. Marriage was later solemnized solem-nized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Received her bachelors of science degree and masters of education degree from Utah State University. She was a Phi Kappa Phi member throughout her college experience maintaining a 3.8 GPA. She was well known as an educator in Utah and Idaho and became the fust woman to be the Director of Curriculum Cur-riculum in the Davis County School 1 District. She was an active member of the LDS Church, where she served in many positions. She was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma, BPW and DUP. She is survived by her husband, Walter, Centerville; two children, LaDene Richards, Centerville; Walter Kent Williams, Morgan; eight grandchildren; grand-children; 29 great-grandchildren; sister, Lola Anderson, Brigham City. Preceded in death by one granddaughter. grand-daughter. Funeral services will be held |
