Show OFFICIAL NOTICE OF OFFICES FOR WHICH CANDIDATES ARE TO BE NOMINATED AT THE 1990 ELECTION Pursuant to Section 20-3-13, Utah Code Annotated 1953, you arc hereby notified that the following offices will be open for candidates to be nominated at the 1990 Primary Election: FEDERAL FED-ERAL OFFICES - U S. Representative District No. 1. STATE-WIDE OFFICES OF-FICES - Utah State Senate, District 21, and 22. Utah State Representatives Districts 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, and 20. Court of Appeals Russell W. Bench, Judith M. Billings, Richard C. Davidson, David-son, Regnel W. Garth, Pamela T. Greenwood, Norman H. Jackson, and Gregory K. Orme. A Retention Election will be held on November 6, 1990 for the following judicial officers: DISTRICT COURT -Ronald O. Hyde. CIRCUIT COURT -Parley R. Baldwin. COUNTY WIDE - Two, Four-Year Commissioners, Davis County School Board Districts No. 4 and No. 5. Assessor, Attorney, combined Cleric-Auditor, Cleric-Auditor, Recorder, Sheriff, Surveyor, Treasurer. Those interested in filing for the County-wide offices, the Utah State Senate, the Utah State Representative Districts except District No. 13, and the Davis County School Board must file at the office of the Davis County Clerk located in the County Court-house room 136, Farmington, Utah from March 15, 1990 to April 16, 1990 between the hours of 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Candidates Can-didates for all other offices must file at the Office of the Lieutenant Governor in Salt Lake City, Utah from March 15, 1990 to April 16, 1990. Information concerning qualifications and filing fees for each of the above offices is available by calling the office of the Davis County Coun-ty Clerk at 451-3213.
