Show EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 13th day of December, De-cember, 1988,at9:00a.m.,attheNorth front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Corner of State & Main, Farmington, in the County of Davis, State of Utah, by FLEET MORTGAGE CORP., A Rhode Island Corporation, as the current Beneficiary, Benefici-ary, under the Deed of Trust made by STEPHEN N. JOSEPH and LORA LEE JOSEPH, husband and wife, as Trustor, recorded May 19, 1986 as Entry En-try No. 0737138, in Book 1089, at Page 583, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness inde-btedness in favor of EQUISHARE MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC., by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded August Au-gust 15, 1988, as Entry No. 833604, in Book 1250, at Page 620, of said official records.
