Show AMENDED NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 28th day of November, 1988, at 12:05 p.m. at the main entrance to the Davis County Courthouse, Farmington, Utah, in the County of Davis, by DENNIS K. POOLE, as Trustee, and FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, ASSO-CIATION, as Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by JAMES O. PACK AND EDWARD M. JENKINS, JENK-INS, as Trustors, recorded June 18, 1985, as Entry No. 0704801 in Book 1039 at Page 618 of Official Records of Davis County, given to secure indebtedness inde-btedness in favor of Western Mortgage Loan Corporation, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded May 5, 1988, as Entry No. 823992, in Book 1232, at Page 992 of said Official Records. Re-cords. The beneficial interest under said Deed of. Trust and the obligations secured se-cured thereby are now owned by FEDERAL FED-ERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, and the current owners own-ers of the real property is purported to be CAPITAL GROWTH CORPORATION, CORPORA-TION, a Utah Corporation. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property known as the Peachtree Apartments located at 75 North Orchard Drive, North Salt Lake, Davis County, State of Utah: Beginning at a point North 89 degrees 52' West along the Section Sec-tion line 1280.30 feet and North 43 degrees 18' East 323.00 feet and North 69 degrees 44' West 9.00 feet from the South quarter corner of Section 1 , Township 1 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian and running thence North 43 degrees 18' East 268.95 feet; thence North 69 degrees de-grees 44' West 288.90 feet, thence South 20 degrees 16' West 75.00 feet to a point of a 15.00 foot radius curve to the right; thence Westerly along the arc of said curve 23.562 feet to a point of tangency; thence North 69 degrees 44' West 129.034 feet; thence South 22 degrees 50' West 157.67 feet; thence South 69 degrees 44' East 334.55 feet to' ' the point of beginning. for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of the note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest in-terest thereon as in said note and by law provided.
