Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the North Entrance to the Davis County Courthouse, at the corner cor-ner of State and Main Streets, Farming-ton, Farming-ton, Utah, on Monday, the 5th day of December, 1988, at the hour of 4:45 p.m. on said day, for the purpose of foreclosing a Trust Deed executed by Willem J. M. Van Der Elst and Valerie J. Van Der Elst, as Trustors, in favor of Frank Colony, for which Notice of Default was recorded July 26, 1988, as Entry No. 831717 in Book 1247 at Page 306 and to which reference is hereby made, covering real property located in Davis County, State of Utah, and more particularly described as follows: All of Lot 43, Orchard Hills Subdivision, Sub-division, Plat "C", according to the official plat thereof, on file and of record in the Davis County Coun-ty Recorder's Office. Any interested purchasers of the aforedescribed property are informed that at the time of the sale, the Trustee will accept bids accompanied with cash, cashier's checks, or a satisfactory satisfac-tory letter of credit from a lending institution insti-tution at the time of sale.
