Show Three cars roll in stock car race at Turpin Speedway Friday night B Class Main Event First, 44, Bart Jarvis, San-taquin; San-taquin; second, 220, Jim Rowley, Provo; third, 28, Richard Rich-ard White. Sharon White, American Fork proved she could do it again by driving number 27 to a win in the Powder Puff Derby. Drivers entered in the race were second place, number 50, Linda Stewart, Payson; third place, Jean Lougy, Lake Shore, in number 44; fourth place, Betty Keim, number 11 of Springville. Loyola's program leading to a master's degree in nursing is one of only four such programs in the nation concentrating on preparation of teachers for junior-community college nursing nurs-ing programs. Racing results for the Utah County Stock Car Racing Association Asso-ciation held at Turpin Speedway Speed-way last Friday are listed as follows: Trophy queen Carolyn Ross, Lehi, presented trophies to Lewis Stewart, Payson, driving car number 50 for the C Class and Gary Hansen, American Fork in car number 27. There was a photo finish for first place for the B Class trophy with Gary Hansen barely nosing nos-ing out Jim Rowley in car number 220. Three cars rolled over. Roger Ro-ger Carter, Provo, in his orange monster number IS, rolled over the east end of the track trying to pass another car on number 3 turn in the C Class Heat Race, but was back to take third place in the main event. Randy Turpin of Provo, in his modified stock car number 91, lost his steering and went end over end approximately four times off the west end of the track in the B Class Heat Race. K. C. Brown, American Fork, number 90 also rolled over in the middle of the track in that same race.
