Show 11 Ray Huff named vice-president 'I in VICA group a Ray Huff of Springville was ii elected Regional Five national . ij vice president of the Vocational , and Industrial Clubs of Amer-j. Amer-j. lea (VICA) at that organiza-" organiza-" tlon's recent national convention conven-tion in Memphis, Tennessee. I Mr. Huff, an electronics stu-dent, stu-dent, headed a delegation of five to the convention from Utah Technical College at Provo. Pro-vo. Other college delegates were Ralph Smith, Gayle Warner, Barbara Smith and Karl Child. Mr. Huff and Mr. Smith served as voting delegates from Utah. The Utah Tech students were presented with a founder's found-er's plaque for their part in drawing up a constitution and national program of work for the new post-secondary division of VICA. Mr. Huff served on the committee for leadership and personal development. VICA is a social and service organization organized recently at Utah Technical College in Provo. It provides social and service activities for members In addition to opportunities for leadership development. |
